Hacking DSi 1.4.3 Acekard 2i Update

I visited the official website yesterday and downloaded the Acekard 2i update: "ak2ifw_update_3ds21_DSi143".

After upgrade it, the acekard icon has changed to some random japanese game (something DOROSU).

I upgraded my DSiXL to 1.4.3 and now entering the Acekard, the screens just turn white.

That was some kind of fake update? (didn't find anything about it here on GBATEMP)

Can I restore my acekard and DSiXL to the previous firmware?


...or I have to wait for a new Acekard update, than upgrade it on someone's else DS?

It isn't fake, but I have got the same problem, and it seems that your Acekard is of the revision HW44. All the Acekards HW44 that uses this update will become unbootable (the screen turns white). You can see the news of that here or here.
They're trying to fix that problem, but I don't know if they will accomplish that.

If it came from acekard.com, then it's not fake
Also it has been posted quite a lot here on the Temp. This is the first topic posted though.
