Sorry for bumping an ancient thread, but...
The download links seem to be dead, redirecting to some handcrafted paperweight site. Does anyone happen to have a copy of this program I can use?

What do you want from the program though -- there are plenty of ROM managers that still work/are kept current. I am not sure what everybody is using these days though. http://www.advanscene.com/ and http://datomatic.no-intro.org/ have good stuff. If you want a DS ROM trimming tool then there are several of those as well, again I am not sure what people opt for at this point as I tend to use older stuff that I should probably not suggest.

If you want the GBA stuff then we saw a new program released a couple of days back http://gbatemp.net/threads/release-ezgba-v0-1-0a-an-ez4-compatible-rom-patcher.395464/ , or you can use good old GBATA from http://www.no-intro.org/tools.htm to do it one at a time.

What do you want from the program though

I want to be able to move to files into folders for different genres/tags/series automatically
