Hacking DsChannels

I'm so tired of trying to get DsChannels Work on my R4.

Every time I press it,it shows nothing.
Could anyone post a detailed guide here?
By nothing,I mean nothing is seen on the Menu.
Just a bunch of Black Boxes and a clock.

But the thing is I don't know how to make it work.
