It depends on how the hardware is made. It probably won't work because the DSTwo has the embedded CPU. That means you'd have to deal with telling the DSTwo to use your computer's CPU (which may be done automatically, I have no idea).

Anyways, is distributing the internal rom for flashcarts illegal? Because if it isn't I'd like to know where to obtain this (this is not an illegal rom request, I'm only asking IF it's not illegal).

I dont think it's a problem but the only places you will find it is on romsites.
