My favourite thing to do with instore DSes is boot them into Download Play mode and have them download the Gauntlet DS demo from my DS which is running DS Download Station 9. I hope that people who missed it have gotten a chance to play it because of me. I know somebody downloaded it from me yesterday; I uploaded it to two instore DSes, but the stat tracker listed three downloads for Gauntlet. Very curious.

Waitaminnit, there was a Gauntlet DS demo?!

I'm gonna have to grab a cup of coffee and hit up my old pal Google to see what I can find...this is the one game I've been waiting to play for nearly a year since trying it at PAX last year. The original arcade version sucked countless quarters from me and my friends back in '85 ("Elf shot the food!") I'm still hopeful that this'll get released...not holding my breath necessarily but definitely hopeful. Thanks for the heads-up, VR!
