Hacking DS, WII Private Server ROM Hacking

Is there a way (or a program,something) to hack into the ROM of ds and wii so that it can be directly connected to my computer's server?

If you mean an update server, I believe you are looking for this: (delete the spaces because I can't post links) g i t h u b . c o m / ihaveamac / nusserver
The server is local (Unless port forwarded) and works for the Wii, DS, Old/New 3DS, WiiU, and VWii.
If its a multiplayer private server, there is nothing (at least that isn't VERY obscure)
