Time Hollow! YES!

Although I do wish that they'd kept the original Japanese names... The people you're supposed to help have the numbers 1-12 in their Japanese names... (13 people, there're a pair of twins that share the number 7 in their surname). It's supposed to follow the numbers on the clock...

This is going to be sooo awesome, Like, PW awesome.

Wow, I'm all over Digimon World Championship and Harvest Moon: Island of Happiness. This is a great month of release. I'll also try out Commando, Elebits, From the Abyss, GRID, and Time Hollow, those look promising. If only I didn't have my examinations at the end of the month

Can anyone tell me when N+ will be/was released? I got addicted to it on the Web then they bought it out on Xbox360 and i became a recluse for it now they are bringing to the DS and i cannot wait for it!!

I clearly says 12 August in the topic.

Ah yes in my hast of finding out that N is being released i failed to read the date.

Still Uber excited though!!

nintendo loves up this month. a new (possibly good?) racing game, a game with ninjas and robots, a new 2D RAIDEN-LIKE SHOOTER! woooooohoooo.

Elebits 2 isn't out in August, its out in November US, Europe/Japan has no date. Best not to use Gamefaqs IMO they make a lot of dates up. I usually have to use quite a lot of different places and even email various publishers & stores to actually make sure a game is to be released.

If people would rather just have a monthly thread than I'll stop my one, no point in having two now.

Durrr, I've never used GameFAQs and I don't ever recall mentioning them in my threads either

Again - all dates are subject to change. The sources I used (various game-sites) all said that it would be out in August when this thread was created - but now the date has changed. Stuff like this happens all the time.

But your threads are weekly, not montly. We're not competing - our threads complement each other

Another horrible looking month for the DS. At least September is going to provide us with some great games.

You have no idea what a good game is. N+ looks great, so does Line Rider 2. Command Steel Disaster could turn out good.
I have already played N+ on XBLA with Hankchill, we should probably finish co-op mode today though

All of these games look great but I'm especially looking forward to bangai-o. I've been playing the japanese version and its awesome as hell. Too bad my save got wiped

.

Also, I don't think you should discredit Fire Emblem only because they took a new direction. I find that a more serious tone is fitting for war and makes for a more memorable storyline. And DoR was great.

Bleh, I just hate the fact that people find a darker setting to be more serious and mature (I myself really don't get this, it's so typical). This series was fine the way it was IMO, it didn't need to "grow up".
