Hacking DS Style Boutique/Savvy still not working

13 years later and the game is still not working on my old hacked 3DS. Every other game works perfectly fine. I tried to use the links in the other posts but they´re not working anymore.
It would be amazing if someone can help, because i have never been able to play this game further than the 4th costumer.

Have you tried installing TWiLight Menu++ onto your console?
Haven't heard any freezing issues with that game running via nds-bootstrap.
