Gaming DS "Sims" games

Are there any sims games on the DS that are very similar to the PC version. Like I don't want Mysims or anything where you have to follow a story, or you start off with a job. Is there one where you just make a character/family and live?

Not at the time being. They expect people to buy the console versions, to bring the realisation that the PC version is a lot better.

The Sims 2 is NOTHING like the PC version. All you do is is pick a reaction to what the NPCs say and hope you picked the right one.

i wouldnt get and play any of the SIMS game for the DS
they kinda suck
stick to the PC
i mean, the PC version took 4 CDs to download
you think they could cram all that into one little DS cart?

i had played my cousin's sims 2 castaway on the wii, which was entertaining, so i got it for the DS ... i beat it in a day and it was extremely cropped down from the wii version.
i ended up finishing the game and going "oh ... thats it?"

The sims 2 DS is about owning a motel and having to make improvements. There is somewhat of a story to follow, however. I found it boring, so i tore apart the game cart so i could see what the inside looked like.

They all suck, shouldn't have even bothered asking. All lists here seem partial.

The best one should be The Urbz, all others sucks, expecially The Sims 2 and Castaway.

yes, they would just lower the texture sizes and make it 2048 megabytes and leave no space
