Hacking DS Mode in Emunand

I wanted to switch to Reinand, but there is not O3DS support

The Reinand mod supports O3DS AFAIK.
The official one might not, but the mod does.

Look up AuReiNand version of ReiNand, which is for O3DS

My DS games boot up fine in rxMode and CakesFW, so your answer is yes.

I have a more fun question: DS games that load through emuNAND show up in the play log with 0:00 time played. Since my DS gaming is a third of my overall time on the 3DS and I'm a stickler for the 90+ hours of playtime some of those weird Japanese-only games grant me, is there any way to have emuNAND reflect time played properly?

O3DS 9.2 with emuNAND 10.5 running through AuReiNAND 3.2.
