DS Lite turned ON for a while and then turned OFF after replace lower screen

Hi everyone, this is my first post here.
I had a DS lite which had the lower screen damage, so I bought a new screen replacement and I have put it.
After turning on the DS, I saw correctly both top and low screen correctly working, and then the console turned off and now it can't be turned on. No light, when I put the battery cable I see an orange light for a while.
I read that maybe I have blew a fuse because I had to isolate something with this new replacement, unfortunately I didn't find this tip on every tutorial I saw.
What can I do now? Thanks
