Hacking DS Lite turn on blue flash then off

Hi I was changing the case of my broken hinge ds and I turned it on and I forgot to connect one of the wires properly(I realized after). Resulting to something which caused the DS to turn on for a second. The color on the right hand side is green but the bottom screen flashes blue for a second then it turns off. I was wondering if this is a blown fuse? or is it me disconecting something in the lower screen?

You've answered your own question. You forgot to connect one of the wires properly.
