Gaming DS Lite touch screen calibration...

Hi! ^o^

I've just recently been given a DS Lite to fix. It needed a new digitizer as the old one was destroyed. I will assume it was a child's console. Anyway, I bought a new digitizer for it and have replaced the old one. Now the problem I am having is, when I try to calibrate the screen on the DS, it will never finish the calibration. The touch screen works fine when it's been calibrated, but when it's not, there is no response from it when it's touched, as it's not calibrated (obviously).

just wondering if there is anybody here that has replaced a DS Lite digitizer and ran into this issue.

yeah i have the exact same thing haven't fixed it yet

The digitizer is faulty. Buy a new one.
