I have a legit question: Could I use this to run my Action Replay DSI on a 3DS?
Could it be possible to make it launch my Action Replay on slot 1?

Thing is when you boot a full game it thinks its booting it off the cart. Maybe you need to edit a header in the rom or something and replace it with a demos since they work. I also think that when the 3ds reads the rom it thinks theres a cart in there but theres not so the header needs to be changed to trick the ds into thinking its a demo or dsi ware game. The roms not telling it to do that since they work in emulators. The ds demos arent cart games which is why i think they boot when you try to launch cart game nds rom with dsi ware i think it will think that games in the cart slot and try to boot it. Thing is has any one tried to boot a big size nds homebrew big as a nds game if one of those don't boot i guess im wrong and in ntr mode it can only read from cart or ram.

I would say, Try it yourself.

it doesn't work like that. DS software isn't that flexible, unfortunately.
