thats why we need to rervse engininear slot one instead then we don't have limtaions on how big the game can be
Orrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr we can just play games lower than 64MB. Which is pretty much 90% of DS games. And all the ones that are 64MB are trimmable. The only games I know of that is too big that people want to play, is Pokémon generation 5. They're fairly cheap on Nintendo's refurbished site and flashcarts are even cheaper.

eh but would this be able to launch nds only flashcards by injecting a nds firmware into dsiware

I doubt it'd even be able to access Slot-1.

We don't need a ROM dumper if you can just go and download the ROMs on the Internet. We probably need a converter, if we figure out how to get retail games working.

However the rom is copyright protected, and ethically ripping and downloading rom is same
well its your game you should be able to do what you want with it aslong as you don't give it to others

It's not your game, it's Nintendo's and developers game. You just buy gamecart which contains rom, and a premission to play with it, it doesn't make you the owner of the rom

that requires to buy stuf

Then buy whatever you need to dump your roms instead of demanding that the devs, who don't owe you anything, spend their time reverse engineering the hardware and coding tools that may or may not work due to technical limitations (have you ever considered that there may be a good reason to the fact that the code in uncart is unused?).

Use the tools that are already available, or learn code and make your own.
