Yes, but you can use other exploits as well, like 4swordshax for Zelda Four Swords.

Since GBARunner2, which is a GBA hypervisor, runs on a 3DS just fine, yes, it's possible, but currently doesn't work on a DSi.

Nope, but with TLoZ Four Swords Anniversary Edition with the 4swordshax save exploit installed on your DSi, you can run SRLoader (or something else as BOOT.NDS on the SD root) like a custom app (retail ROMs won't work though, even through SRLoader+nds-bootstrap).

Don't think so. The SCFG flag for SD/NAND access won't be set.

Yeah. If Slot-1 card is launched, SD/NAND access is disabled, and if DSiWare is launched, SD/NAND access is enabled, and Slot-1 access is disabled.
