Hacking DS games cheats on 3DS

Hi all, do you guys know if i can use my User cheat file.dat on the 3ds to activate my codes for some ds games?
Just tried it and codes are not activated when i am playing on the 3ds

u cant cheat if there arent any cheats so far en u cant modify gmes of .sav files cause of the encryption

If you're using a flash cart, cheats work fine.

All the flash carts I've used had interfaces for choosing the cheats.

ok thx only one thing left, i added a 3ds rom to the card and my 3ds doesnt see the game in game list, did i do something wrong or is the file maybe corrupt or something?

DS flash carts don't play 3DS ROMs.

Only the Gateway card (~$80) plays 3DS ROMs.

And before you rush off to buy one, OP, you have to be on version 4.1 to 4.5
