Aside from battery life the DSTwo is the best due to having the most compatible RTS support, an in game text reader, and a built in cheat finder. Yes the 3DS has a web browser but you either need to be near a wifi hotspot or spend $40 or so on a SanDisk Connect wifi USB stick since it doesn't have local file support.
Though since I have an Android phone with FAQr, I mostly use the R4i RTS 3DS (black, green, and gold label) which works perfectly and in fact I have my DS microsd card set up so that I can switch between it and the DSTwo, the only catch is that the RTS save state files are not compatible with each other.
