I was just wondering if it is possible to somehow transfer data from an actual ds cartridge to a file that the emulator can play with the same save data. Like is it possible to do this with like homebrew or something? Thanks.

In addition to that option, you can also use an homebrew enabled DS/Lite (plus compatible wifi network), or a softmodded DSi/3DS with the right homebrews
