Hacking DS and Movies

I have a R4 do you know if with that I can put movies on my ds and if so what format. I know avi and mp4 don't work.

Dpgtools should come with the latest version of moonshell.

And doesn't let you switch between audio tracks if I remember.

It would be easiest to remove the Japanese track then convert
