Uh. How morbid.
Good to see it is age 6 +
Those 5 years olds are just too young for such grisly serial killer antics.
Judging by today's cartoons, Jack the Ripper could just be considered a dude who has bad gas.
There's something seriously wrong with the age of that game.
also, damn you Tempbot!!!
Let me guess: this is a game about finding missing human organs and tissues, right?
According to IGN's review (of the DSiware version), it's a hidden object game. By definition, that's a no-go for me.
Oh how lovely.
hmmm...hidden object game. Not my cup of tea, but my wife will love it.
I'll have to get this for her.
But, she's working on her Master's thesis right now. She may kill me if I get her a new game to play.
I'm an evil husband!
Awww, when I saw the title I hoped that it would be a mystery type game where you try to find clues and try to find Jack the Ripper.
Ahem.. yes, how lovely for a six year old to be learning about serial killing, yes.
I actually really enjoyed the hidden item game millionheir, but other ones I've tried have just had controls which are too clunky to bother with.
Oh God... this is just that fucking Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde game in disguise...
man, i wish there were more murderers like jack the ripper irl
Except this one is in English too, everyone can enjoy the horribleness! Every time I see one of these "adventure" games, I get my hopes up thinking along the lines of the classics, like basically any of the Lucasarts or LSL games.
Also, insert joke here about how the real crime is how these games are being release.
Even LoneWolfDS is better
Yeah. It's a shame really. The art is really not bad. If only they hadn't plastered it with titles and tags.
It would have been nice if this was a point and click adventure instead of finding things. Something like Broken Sword or Secret Files would have made it a must get for me.
Just look for the (even for german standards) ridiculous pseudo word "Wimmelbild" on the Cover. Once you see that you're in for the hidden object crap. For some reason there appears to be a whole lot of demand for that kinda stuff in germany.
A game like this is a hidden object game? They really didn't think that through.
Like how nobody knew who Jack the Ripper was, or the police hat not exactly matching 1888 fashion.
