A "release" in the ROM scene isn't when the game comes out, it's when the ROM comes out. For some games there can be weeks or months (or years) between the game's release and when anybody bothers to dump it.

Yep, the (E) version was dumped early 2009.

Yeah, only different languages. EU was Multi5 and this is Multi3. It's always like this with shovelware.
