It's not RoTK. It's set in feudal Japan. Although, from what I've seen it is rather similar to Nobunaga's ambition... which in turn is basically RoTK in Japan. Apparently it's part of a long series of titles by systemsoft, (not Koei).... None of which have been localised. So no hope here.

How to play "Shin Sengoku Tenka Touitsu Gunyuutachi no Souran" on your DSTT and R4
1. Download Patch.rar and get a Patch.exe file from the RAR archive.
2. Drag your ROM and drop it onto the Patch.exe. That's all.
Note:
This path is not only for "Shin Sengoku Tenka Touitsu Gunyuutachi no Souran". It's one of game to be patched by Universal Child's Play Patch.
The file having the ".bak" extension is the backup copy of the original nds file.

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

But the number of (accidental) poisonings dropped because drinking an entire package of ibuprofen pills went from "I need a new liver" to "I need a new box of Ibuprofen".

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
