Chanser, thanks for including the back of the box pic.
Appears to be a game for women. Has something to do with the Japanese book titled "Dignity of Women". Looks quite boring from the look of things.

It's a game that teaches women manners. It's based off a book but says even people who haven't read it can train their "hinkaku" or dignity. This is kinda ridic though. The first character of "hinkaku" is for goods, like trade goods, which is kind of demeaning, and the next part asks "Don't you do these sort of things?"
