Anime's about a young master of a toy and sweets company in Europe, who made a pact with a demon butler.
Well that much is obvious.

OMGosh! For some reason I choked on my lemonade, that response cracked me up =p

Title is wrong, should be Kuroshitsuji instead.

Not entirely. My brother told me about romaji styles.

At Romanization of Japanese article of Wikipedia should be clear.

We usually use the Hepburn method, but the official method is the Kunrei-shiki method.

Well, Kunrei-shiki might be the official one in Japan. The most used one outside of Japan is Hepburn, and since this is an English forum, I think that we should use the Hepburn system consistently.
Besides, the Kunrei-shiki system allows exeptions, because of confusion with other systems, such as Hepburn. For example tsu and tu. Read more about that here: Permitted Exeptions.

No, they're just the licensors/distributors. Like Natsume to Harvest Moon, etc.

Just checked out the official site and yes, the correct Romanized title for this is "Kuroshitsuji." Just look at the title in the URL:

http://www.square-enix.co.jp/kuroshitsuji/

Even if you use the other system and spell it "Kuroshituji," it's still pronounced "Kuroshitsuji."

I read the game synopsis on the site and it's about two guys named Shell and Sebastian who visit a place called Cote d'Azure in England. There have been rumors about a ghost appearing in a mansion in the area, and the story involves characters such as a "suspicious warden/caretaker," a "grey witch," and some girl who keeps falling asleep.

I guess this is a ghost mystery.
