Haha, no. A formal request in the form of a thread (albeit in the wrong section).

I don't see why they want a translation so badly though, most of the people who want it probably haven't even played the first two games! Although, the very existance of the first two games outside of Japan pretty much says that this one will be released in the US/EU.
