It's Volume 3 of EA's Osake Tool series. Volume 1 being Sommelier DS and Volume 2 is Sakashou DS.

By EA, huh? Interesting. Looks like they're trying to jump on the non-game-DS-game bandwagon that seems to be popular in Japan.

They are popular here too, but companies think they won't sell, that's why Nintendo is swimming in money pools bacausr they give it a chance.
