I think this is the Sake guide, but how many Sake's are there?

More than you can count... Seriously. Think on the same sort of level as wine.

We`re Jizake (regional sake) fans - I won`t go so far as to say we know a whole lot about them, but it`s great fun to hunt out obscure and delicious varieties.

The EA logo got... smudged?

Well what makes sake sake then, and not just some other alcoholic beverage by any other name?

What makes wine wine then? Or beer beer? Or... name any other alcoholic beverage.

Even if you go to something simpler, and non-alcoholic... How about bread? I can think of a ton of different varieties of bread - and they`re all bread. The difference is in their flavor. They`re all based on the same concept - cooked flour.
The same deal with sake - which is just a rice base.

Jesus! I did not know that! You can't find much of those over here.
Anyway, the only japanese drink you will find here is Midori (and it's not easy), I love it! I miss my "Midori illussion's" but the bottle is almost empty

I'm waiting for the bartending guide, just for the pics and numbers tho!

I don't think the logo got smudged, but rather, they are making it look kinda like a wax seal.

Doesn't ~50% of all asians get drunk after like one beer or sake because of a missing enzyme?

That is true in my experience... And I am INCREDIBLY jealous. How great it would be to only have to drink ONE drink to actually feel something. I can drink a whole bottle of something and just finally feel tipsy. It sucks. It`s such a waste of money to go out drinking. I have to chug down five times what everyone else is... And with drinks being as expensive as they are, it`s just not worth it.

You actually hardly, if ever, see Midori over here. Although even if I spotted it, my husband hates hates HATES melon, so there would be no chance of buying it.

I`m partial to the lychee liqueur they seem to sell everywhere here... That and the huge bottles of umeshu we always have in the refrigerator.

I loooove umeshu. Never tried Midori though.... tastes like melon? Then I will probably adore it.
