Hey everyone, anyone know how to mod over characters for the ps4 version. Ive seen YouTube videos but people dont really share on how they did it.

Like to be specific i want to mod dlc character Nera over Theresa, as she's not in the main story. But ive seen on YouTube and some old tumblr posts where they put her model over the main character. Anyway if anyone can help out that would be cool thanks. Here are the images.
