im now in the shrine near the town where everyone is cursed or ill. what am i supposed to do in the shrine there is a red/blue door how can i open it?

and how can i change my class? i never chose a class and im a minstrel

and are there any good action replay cheats for the game?

To change class you have to wait until you reach the Alltrades Abbey

As for the shrine, wander around until you find 2 statues and activate both of them. Should be in the northeast and northwest corners.
