Hacking Draglade save issues on R4i sdhc.

Am trying to play draglade on my r4i-sdhc the game runs just fine but everytime i load up the game the r4 acts as if their is no .sav so it makes a new on and i have to start my progress all over again. Any ideas on how to get this game to work properly?
