You may or may not have heard the announcement of a new Dracula game coming to the Wii a while back. It was being developed by Renegade Kid, whose previous efforts were seen in the DS games, Dementium and Moon. Unfortunately, this new game has been canceled. And official notice appeared on RK's website:

“DRACULA” GAME CANCELLED
02-12-09

Some of you may have heard about a secret “Dracula” game that we signed with Gamecock in 2008. It brings us no pleasure to announce that it is no longer in development. The official title of the game is Son of the Dragon. The intellectual property is still owned by Renegade Kid. Should an opportunity to resurrect Son of the Dragon present itself in the future, you will be the first to know.

We did find out what the title was going to be anyways. Anyways, unless someone wants to resurrect the game in the future, we won't be seeing this. Of course, we didn't really miss anything as no screens or media were even released yet.

Their website DOES say below this news that a new "secret game" is in development and to be announced some time this year.
