If you have all the necessary things installed it shouldn't be a problem, but this error may sometimes be caused by some videos.

Make sure your settings in BatchDPG aren't messed up.

ive tried with 3 different videos, all from different places, and it still wont work, if some1 has workign files, can we do a file transfer over aim if no1 minds?

which extension do you use : wmv or avi or MOV?
I know that AVI doesn't work. Wmv works good and MOV doesn't work

If you have CCCP or Media Player Classic, you can play the video you want to convert, open its properties, and see its aspect ratio and height/width. Just some basic math after that.

so, once u find its hight and width, all you do is type it in, and it should work with any file? or am i missing something big

That's it (I think)

anyways I have never had problems with AVI videos, it's the file format I use most, other than MKV.

If it can't detect these values automatically they could easily be more wrong with it than just that. But you could try.

ok, im dumbstruck, i need quick, easy step by step of haw to get an mp4 thats says i have to set hight and weight to a dpg that i can watch on my m3 real/acekard 2

ok, i downloaded Media Player Classic, just a quick question, how do i see the properties, i couldnt find :-(. And then i just find a common number to multiply it, right? like i think it says 4/9. Is it height over width, or width over height?

it depends completely on what codecs you have installed

if you just want a simple encoder, just use SUPER
