is it possible to download DLC to the PC. And then transfer it to a PS3 OFW 4.xx?
Or do I need to have a CFW installed?
What if I have an ODDE like 3k3y installed?
Currently my PS3 does not have an ODDE or a CFW.
I am deciding what to get between the two and one of the things to consider is the DLCs.
