PS1/2 Download Content on other Region Games??

well, i have just bought a PS3 and i read that it can play games from every region, but what about the download content for some games, say if i have a region 4 PS3 and im playing region 3 game on it and i want to get the download content will it work? or screw up? because i saw fallout 3 cheap but it was region 3 and it has heaps of download content i wondered if i would work on my PAL (region 4) console?

No, DLC is exclusive to Disk, e.g BLES-xxxx or BLUS-xxxx it normally says which but DLC doesn't work Region-Free. But you can always just get access to that countrys PS Store ( Create a Japanese/European/American account.)
