What do you mean by "other folder"? And can you post a picture of what does it say on your 3ds?

I have pasted that folder where did you told me. 3ds nintendo > bunch of letters and numbers > letters and numbers next to ext data(or however was the name) folder. But anyway. I had FBI injection on 9.2 version of nintendo and when I tried to install a game, it say failed to install app so I'm trying to find anotherway to install cias. Can you help me to install Devmenu or Bigbluemenu? That would be cool

So you didn't try to access settings > data management > 3DS > software?
