I had preinstalled cIOS 36 rev 9 on my 4.0 Wii --I update to 4.0 NOT with Waninkoko's updater (sadly)-- , I was able to downgrade to 3.2 but I can't install cIOS USB2, neither make an advanced install with DVDx. I have installed Bootmii via boot2, not IOS.
