Hacking downgrade incomplete, what can i do ?n3ds

Hello , i recently downgrade my n3ds from 9.9 to 9.2 with safeSysUpdater, it showed a Nintendo error, and i thought the n3ds was bricked , but i took out the micro sd and the 3ds boot into 9.2, i tried to boot into cfw or open a cia installer but nothing worked. i check my downgrade and it's incomplete, i don't know what to do now to make it complete .

Hi mate i had the same as you on my 9.9 n3ds. Eventually i managed to recover it afer a few tries of downgrading again with safesysupdater and this http://gbatemp.net/index.php?threads/413368/

Basically, you need to get back into homebrew and run sysupdater again. That's really it

i tried to launch mini pasta but i got black screen and homebrew launcher again.

Why would you use MiniPasta? Just run SysUpdater!
