ROM Hack Does this exists?

I don't know if this is the right forum to ask this. Sorry if it is not.

Does a cheat code exist for Rune Factory 1 (U) where you're always on running mode? I just started playing this game and I don't like to hold on to the R button all the time since I'm always running everywhere.
