Hacking Does the WBFS Manager automatically remove garbage data?

Hi all,

Just a simple question before i buy a usb harddrive.

Does the WBFS Loader automatically remove garbage data?

If yes, great!

If no, How can I remove the garbage with wiiscrubber. A tutorial would be great on how to do this.
