Hardware Does the EZIV work with the Game Boy Player?

Would the EZ Flash IV work with the Game Boy Player for Gamecube with no problems?

I read on Wiki though that some flashcarts don't work with it. Is that true?

It definitely works - I play megaman zero, as well as Zelda Minish cap on a large screen using Gameboy player/gamecube and EZ IV MiniSD.

Actually its the only thing i use my gamecube for - as i dont have any memory to play anything else on my cube.
