I just got my Sky3DS+ and a genuine Samsung 128GB micro SD.

I have 128 ROMS on the card, and I tried adding a few more (there's still 20GB+ free on the card). However the new ROMs I add simply won't show up when I press the orange buttons, the Sky3DS+ just skips past them.

However if I remove a game, then add one of the new ROMs, it shows up just fine. This leads me to believe there is a 128 game limit?

I'm not owning a Sky3DS(+), but I've never heard of a game limit.
There won't be much people that have so much ROMs on a flashcard. But maybe someone can confirm that.

I've done some more testing, and it definitely seems that any ROMs added after there are already 128 games on there don't show up. As soon as I remove other games so that the total is 128 or less, they show up.

What are the FAT32 limitations? Afaik there is a certain file limit, but I don't.know if it's 128 per folder.

Don't think it's that, cos I had 385 files on the root of my card - 128 games, 128 cfg files, 128 sav files and 1 settings.ini file.

However I've done a bit more testing, and added WWE All Stars (a 2GB trimmed ROM) as my 128th game. Didn't show up. So I removed another game (much smaller) and now WWE shows up fine. So I have 127 games, or 382 files total.

Something weird going on.

Well then it's most likely a FW limitation from the cart, nothing wrong on your side.

How can you manage 127 games on Sky3DS? It's a pain on finger when switching between games. Anyway, it's good to know about its limitation.

This,i can't imagine to press 60+ time to get to my game, and it's going to be worse if i don't remember which order is my game.
Best solution, get 32GB card (3-4 of them) and label their SD adapter by letters (first card games from A to E)

You can hold on next or prev button for fast switching (skipping). 30 games on a SD is my limitation :D

Though I almost never use my S2ky+ anymore my limit was 10 games. I rarely played more then 3 games at one time anyways.

With Sky3DS+ remember you can move backwards and forwards through the games...

By the way I'm posting this from the summit of Ben Lomond!

There's not really a limit, but when you reach 20-25 games or something it could skip over some of the games when you press the buttons. It will also take longer to load the game. So normally it takes about 3-5 seconds for the next game to appear, but it could take up to 15 seconds depending on the amount of games on it.
