I bought a switch as well as a pro controller recently, and I also wanted to try it on nintendon't. I honestly don't know how to connect the controller to this thing, so I would like to know if the switch pro controller works on it.

Since the protocol is completely different I don't think it's possible. The Wii U Pro Controller only works because it uses a similar protocol (similar enough that you can actually pair it to a stock Wii and power the Wii on and off with the WUPC power button but you still need homebrew to actually use the controls)

You'll need a Mayflash Magic NS adapter and have it set to blue dinput mode.
have you tested this with a switch pro, xbox or ps controller? im trying to use my ps4 controller but before buying the magic ns i need to make sure. also, do i need a config or is it built in?

Try asking in the Nintendont thread cause I never tested it.
