Potatoes are phenomenal, although, I can't imagine eating them raw. I've eaten them partially uncooked before, and that has not been a pleasant experience.

In my country we have this miracle, is delicious and I love them:

The potato is covered in aluminium foil with the cheese, spices and then put on the grill. Then, once baked, the meat is served above the potato and the cheese, the meat is called "Pastor" and is the same used for tacos (the original Mexican ones), is some kind of spiced beef meat, and it's extremely delicious.

The baked potatoes, the meat, the melted cheese, and the sauce topping (the spicier the better) are a very unique combination, as you can see in the photo.
