Gaming Do You get ROMs From only "Your" Region?

if i had, i wouldnt be able to play YGO, PPKP11 and soma bringer

If the European version comes first I will get that. I rarely bother to swap them out with the US ones when they come out. That is, unless there is some major benefit to the US version.
