Hardware Do joycon screws work on the back plate?

So the thing is. I have secured an screwed the back cover my Switch with some second hand philips 00 screws. It stays put and all but i was wondering. If i order a pack of joycon screws off AliExpress will they work?
Does the switchs back use the same tri wing screws as the joycons?

They are also using 00, but they are longer than used in tablet.
