A strange question, I'm sure, but curious.

I have an R4i, the one with the 3DS logo on it. Works just fine, no issues with it. But there's no way to make it dedicated to just one rom.

Are there any carts that can do that? Or a way to do it on this one?

Why do need it to make autoboot one rom? Technically, it's possible to modify the flashcard's firmware (the one stored on the micro sd card) but I think no ode did that before

On a DSi or 3DS or higher, the answer is no. That is because of the way the flashcart bypasses the whitelist security check that is done.

The only flashcarts that supported loaderless modes where the older internal NAND storage based flashcart and they could only run on a DS or DSL only. You can't find any of them on the market anymore.

Example of flashcarts that supported loaderless mode:
DS-Xtreme
N-Card
DS-Linker
