Install:
Download the latest Pcsx2 nightly build (v1.2.0.0 +).
Extract the folder to the pcsx2 texture folder (...\Pcsx2\textures\SLUS-20607\replacements)
Config > Graphics Settings > Advanced tab:
Load Texture: ON / Async Texture Loading: ON

This is just an Xbox button replacement pack that replaces all PS2 buttons with Xbox.
However... If you check out @Bl4ckH4nd hd upscale for Disney extreme skate adventure it looks pretty good and works with this pack.

Yeah, it's cool but I just don't like the look of upscaled pictures so I was making all textures new from scratch. I might post some progress soon.
