Hacking Diskwriter - mirroring sd card's data

I had one card that was working and through my own mistakes I'm having issues writing to it now. I have another card that is a different size that still works.
So can I directly copy data from the one sd card that was successfully written with games to another sd card?
I would guess without using diskwriter since I can't seem to get it to work on that card.
