ROM Hack Disgaea 6 v1.10 Cheats or Saves?

I just meant I have all the atmosphere cheats so I can load his file and use cheats for Mana and exp and stuff instead of manually searching for the values

And we can change Weapons and rarities too, something I was thinking wouldn't work with HxD either

you can just do that with the item world point in game

Item points and extracts are easy, use edizon to search for them, for weapons try to search for the item number when you Equip zed and keep searching for it when you Equip something else. For rarity, you do that same concept with rarity instead of Item number

Yes but u can't make them for you ATM. I don't have access to a pc right now
